Ikerbasque achieves the silver Q for its Excellence in management
Ikerbasque Foundation has achieved the silver Q as a recognition of the level reached in the Excellence in management. This award recognises the firm Foundation’s decision to implement an excellent management model.
The silver Q is a recognition awarded by the Basque Goverment to those organizations obtaining more than 400 points in the EFQM Excellence Model charts.
Since it was founded, Ikerbasque has adopted the EFWM model as its management guidance. This model allows the foundation to exploit its resources in an efficient way and look for a continual improvement of the organization. The foundation has carried out several autoevaluations and external contrasts before achieving the silver Q.
The recognition comes after an external evaluation made by external, independent and high-qualified professionals.
